He was not just a “lawyer”, he was a very caring and understanding individual. He is able to empathize with his client and is very helpful in every way. As much as I called him, never once did I feel him express his annoyance in any way. He is easily accessible and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you Bill for all your help. I’m hoping that I won’t need you anytime soon, but in case I ever do again, I’ll definitely be calling you first.
